General Terms
Lift tickets are not included in the price unless specifically stated
Appropriate ski equipment is required for all ski lessons. This is not included in the price.
Chris Oldaker Coaching assumes no liability for accidents during the lessons or events
Correct Insurance is at the responsibility of the participants prior to the lesson or event
Payment is required in advance or will be debited from your credit or debit card
Any photos or videos taken during lessons or events can be used for social media or other marketing purposes unless communicated prior to the commencement of the lesson or event.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 14 days notice: no charge
14 days or fewer before the lesson: 10% of the total price
7 days or fewer prior to the lesson: 50% of the total price
24 hours or fewer prior to the lesson: 100% of the total price
If the client arrives late for the lesson, the unused time will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Lessons are carried out in all weathers. If the ski area is closed, the guest will be informed and the costs of the lesson will be fully refunded.
In the case of a no show, an invoice in accordance with the above cancellation policy will be issued.
Payment Methods
Payment should be secured by bank transfer to our account. On site cash payments are possible if previously agreed, in writing, by Chris Oldaker Coaching.
The Swiss Law is applicable in all circumstances. In case of any claims, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Engelberg, Obwalden, Switzerland.
